Intro Call
This is a short 20 min call that helps us both determine if this would be a good fit!
We’ll talk a bit about your current branding or website, your goals for your business,
and how brand and web design can help meet those goals. After the phone call, I will
email you a proposal that is custom to your needs, and we move forward from there!
Strategy Workshop
The Strategy Workshop is a video call where we dive deep into your audience, your messaging, your brand personality, and your business goals. I send you a short questionnaire beforehand, but you don’t have to do anything else to prepare for this call. I will guide you through the whole process and it will feel a bit like therapy for your brand. Following that I will deliver your strategy packet and you will approve that before we move forward.
Brand Identity
During the strategy phase, we defined the direction of your brand identity through your mood board and color scheme so you already know what to expect. We typically send one full brand concept that includes your logo variations, submarks, brand pattern, and several mockups so you can see how it would look in the real world. All the design decisions are made in alignment with your strategy and designed to connect with your ideal customer.
Brand Launch
Your final brand identity design is approved and it’s time to put it into action! You will receive all of the design files as well as your brand style guide and brand collateral. We provide all the guidance and tools you need for long-term success. You will also receive graphics to launch your new brand on social media. If we are continuing with web design, you’ll move onto the next step.
Website Copywriting
Each website client receives a customized content writing guide with helpful prompts to write each section of their website. This is a collaborative guide that allow us to comment and add feedback as you write. While we understand writing can be tough, we have already identified who we're speaking to and what we're focusing on with your messaging which makes the writing process much smoother.
Web Mockups
After I have all of your photos and copy, you will receive a mockup of 3 of your website pages so that you can approve and refine the design before it's developed. Once the website is built, you will be able to see exactly how your site will look both on your phone and on your computer.
Web Launch
It's time to launch your brand new site! I provide you with a personalized training video for editing your site as well as 72 hours post-launch support. I will also provide launch day graphics should you choose to share them on social media (which I highly recommend!). Your new site will be a well oiled machine driving customers to your call-to- action or guiding them to other resources if they're not ready.
